Pictorial of Homes
- We advertise in the the Pictorial of Homes which is a free publication that showcases Western New York’s Real Estate. This magazine comes out once a month.
Post Cards
- When we receive your listing we send out Just Listed Post cards to let people in your area who might be looking know your house is available.
Slide Shows
- We create a slideshow made up of the pictures of your home. We add informational descriptions and then put the slideshow on websites

Open House Advertising
Having an open house is an important part of selling your home. An open house gives buyers the opportunity to come in and see if this is what they are looking for. We advertise scheduled open houses in a number of places.
- Buffalo News Classified Section
- The new 2 Find Your Home paper which is a full color free publication that comes out every Friday. This paper will be distributed to 280 locations such as local supermarkets, pharmacies, and more.
- The open houses also go on all of the websites we advertise on.
